Hi Community! I'm trying to build a flow that pulls updated/modified files and newly uploaded files from a Sharepoint page daily then emails me those documents. Attached is my flow that I've drafted but I'm getting an error in the step "When an item or a file is modified"

Any and all advice is welcome! New to this...

    Hi @movander

So this is.... not exactly how i think you want it.

So you have a 2 triggers.

The first which I dont know how often you want it to run, but that causes it to trigger ever so often.

But then you added a trigger for Waiting for changes, which is usually the trigger for an entire flow, not an action you put in a linear flow that is Time based.

You mentioned you wanted to grab those files, but you didn't mention that you needed to grab them only when they changed.

If thats the case, then you should make that your trigger, and it will run ALL the time, in a waiting state for changes to grab.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You
