Changing Name of MS Form/Excel after Flow has been created

Hi - I have a fairly extensive Flow that is being used to generate approvals and update the spreadsheet based on Form responses. It is currently in the "test" phase, so originally I named the Form and corresponding spreadsheet "Test". However once this "goes live" with my company, we'd like to change the name of the Form and spreadsheet so it no longer says Test. Is there an easy way to do this, or will it be fairly involved? Also will the excel data stay, or will I need to copy it over into a new excel once I change the name of the Form? (i.e. will the Form and Excel still realize they are related to each other).

Any help is much appreciated, thank you!!

    @emcaleer When connecting to Microsoft Forms via Power Automate, the flow associates itself with the Form Idand hence renaming the FORM should not affect the flow.

    The same with Excel, As long as it's just the name of the Excel file, then you shouldn't have any issue.

    @emcaleer

    I just ran a test where I changed the name of a Form and the Flow automatically updated - no problem there.

    I don't believe that you'll have significant issues changing the name of the Excel file either.  However, my suggestion is to make a copy of your Flow, make your Excel changes in the copy and test - that's the only way you'll know for sure.

    Hope this helps...
