UI element and extension issue

Hi Community 

when I'm clicking on add ui element and my chrome/edge is open with that website where i need to set but in the middle a pop up comes saying that please install extension , but extension is fine and flows are working

    • Ensure you are using latest version PAD
    • Try to disable or uninstall previous version browser extension if any.
    • Restart system

    Reinstall Power Automate Chrome/Edge Extension, then restart system.
