Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with adding a record to a collection. I have a text input control that the user enters in a item_id and i do a lookup of that item_id and add this record to my collection. Now this works fine if the user types out the whole item_id. But if i copy and paste the item_id into the text input control, it does not get added to the collection once the i push the button to do so. Why is that ?

I am not aware of any issue with copy + paste but perhaps if you shared your code and what properties you put that code in it could help others to troubleshoot your problem.
their is nothing wrong you are right, i was pasting into the text box sometimes with an extra space. so my fault
