Hi Team,
We have developed a flow with Power Automate and working fine from our side.When we did configure with client they are facing flow run issues as it is showing fix the connection issue.Here we are using Outlook 365.Client is using Outlook 2016,Exchange.Please help me in fixing this issue .

Hi @good ,
Your client can go to the below screen to manage and fix the connection.
Also, just checking whether your client's mailbox in exchange on premise or online as the connector will only work for online. There are a few more things to check here.
