    Hello Medzi,

The error message states that a parameter named "type" cannot be null, which is causing the failure to launch Outlook. I think that the required parameter was not provided or was not properly configured.

To troubleshoot this error, you may need to review the documentation for the module and ensure that all required parameters are properly configured.

Also if you give me a screenshot or more details about the action that you are using will help me better understand the problem and provide a more accurate solution.

    Thank you Mezdi.

Could you please upload a screenshot of the Outlook action properties? I mean, when you double click on it manually at line 1.

Also, is Outlook working fine when you open it manually outside of the Power Automate flow?

It looks good, it's strange that it's not working.

Could you try running the 'Open Application' action that executes the process directly? This is just to confirm that you have the necessary permissions to run the process.

Additionally, I would suggest trying to run this action with Outlook already open. This will help to determine if any error messages are displayed when attempting to run the action.

It seems to be a permissions issue.
