"When PowerApps Calls a Flow (V2)" vs "Power Apps (V2)" Trigger

Hello All,
Can someone explain the difference between these 2 triggers?

It seems like maybe Power Apps (V2) is using my service account correctly, but "When Power Apps calls..." is using the user account for a downstream "Send an email (V2)" action.

Thanks for any clarity you can provide.

    Hi,

This is interesting because the only one that shows up for me is ‘When a Power App calls a flow (V2)’. I thought they had just changed the name. From my understanding, it is the same trigger, but I can’t find any documentation about it.

Thanks Anthony. I was also wondering if it was related to creating a flow inside Power Apps vs creating from Power Automate.

It is strange because my flows appear to be behaving differently and this is the main difference that I could identify between them.

@djurecicK2 have you checked if one of your flows is using connection references instead of a normal connection? Maybe that’s why one of your flows is using the service account connection to send the email.
