Where is the "Send an email notification (v3)" action

I am writing a Flow in which I want to use "Send an email notification (V3)" action. However, I can not find the action. It looks pretty simple in some videos I've seen explaining how to use it, but this action is not listed as a choice. The video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RE3Ez16jf3A entitled "Power Automate - Change From Address Email notification" at the 3:15 minute mark is clear on how to select the action, but when I try this it is not available as a choice. Is this a GCCHigh License thing or does anyone know why this action is not available?

I am currently using E5 trial license in India region and I can see the "Send an email notification (v3)" action

Also according to this Microsoft Doc, "Send an email notification" action is deprecated. So, if you can see Mail connection provider, then you should see this action as well.

Rest, could you check your region as mentioned in the doc?

You can search for it. If you still don't find, contact your power platform admin and see if they have blocked it as part of DLP.

Thanks for the reply. The screenshot says it all... Power Automate Regions, All EXCEPT GCCHigh and US DoD which covers me both ways.
