Get email responses

I am trying to create a flow which would send out an email to certain people, and then get the email responses from those people.

With these email responses, I then group all the responses into a single email, which is then sent out to the entire team.

I have tried using the outlook connector, but it seems there is no way to obtain user responses. Also, please note that I do not have access to MS Forms - I tried looking into this as well, but there is no way that I will be able to get a license.

    Hi @Data_Enthusiast

What is the purpose of this flow? What kind of data is collected from emails?

Do you have other methods you could use instead of MS Forms, if you try to collect information from people? Like using a Microsoft Lists List or just an excel-file inside your OneDrive to share with certain people.

You will face multiple challenges and errors; I would recommend checking for other options to collect information and save it at a specific location and run a flow over this. Depending on your purpose there might be other options available.

Does this help you? Otherwise please give me some more information.

    Best regards
    Marvin

Hi @MarvinBangert the flow would be used to get feedback information. Users would provide feedback for others, this feedback would then be consolidated into one record for who the feedback is for.

I am currently looking at alternative methods, but so far no luck.

Please explain why you cannot to parse an email you have received.

Hi @VictorIvanidze I recently came across this. Working on my JSON skills and the overall flow to see if I can get this to provide the desired output.
