Error on Choices column upon deploying solution to a new environment

A managed solution has been deployed to a new Test environment.

When opening the app maker I see some errors referring to a choices column of a given table.

In the development environment, the formulas work without issues with:

gblVariable.'Estado (pg_estado)'

But on the target environment, these must be changed to:

gblVariable.Estado

I can, of course, find-replace, but why isn't this just working?
