Add User to M365 Distribution List

It's 2024, has anyone figured out how to do this without an Azure Runbook? Isn't the whole point of the Graph to help with these kinds of things? I'm using the graph to pull current members and compare existing users to ensure they are in the group or not, but then adding them is a manual process.

    Unfortunately, as far as I am aware it is still not possible (without PowerShell and/or Runbook). I also see an idea which is still listed in the ideas section for this:
