Cannot read file from filesource.

I have download the file(FlooringEstimates.xlsx) from the guide page.

I created the new app, new connection from canvas with data.

I selected the file but I've received the message.

How can I resolve this problem?

Help me. Thanks.

    Make sure you do not have the file open when trying to connect to it.  You can't have it open in Excel at the same time.

    Hi Randy,

     

    I am getting the same error and am certain the excel file is not open. Excel is not open at all. Error message is:
