check for 2 conditions when an item is created and then create another item after that in sharepoint library through power automate

I have 2 lists . Report A and Main Report.

When a user creates a new item in main report there are 2 choices. Choice 1 is year which is 2021,2022 or 2023. Choice 2 is quarter like Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4.

After the user has submitted/created a new item in main report through power automate i want to check the condition and create a new item in place the value over there.

@szayant You can create item in Report A list but what is your condition?

Use trigger when new item is created/modified then use condition and create item action.

The condition is when they select the year and quarter I would like the submission date to be patched up in the Q2 2022 or Q3 2023 column value.

@szayant Once they submitted pick modified date/ created date and update SP list column value.

Let me explain you the who app scenario.
Please check the whole snaps as well. User submits the data in main reports. In the main reports there is 2 columns which needs attention ( Year, Quarter).
After they submitted the data in main report, the date submitted from the main reports in being carried out to report A and report B as well. Report A only stores the date of submission. In report B date of submission of all quarter is sumarrized. If someone hasn't filled for this year quarter then another flow will kick in and it will send an email as reminder to the list of user from report B.
