Hi,

I have a flow that randomly doesn't get triggered. I have been running this flow for a month now and this issue recently started occurring, 2/10 flows will not get triggered.

Trigger for this flow is connector from PowerApps after user clicks a submit button through the interface. Basically how this works is user will upload a file through powerapps and power automate will move the file into a sharepoint folder. I've tried checking if the 2 problematic runs were failed/skipped, but there's no record. I'm curious as to why the trigger did not fire properly, appreciate any thoughts and advice on this. Thanks.
