Hi,

I am having trouble trying to create an automated flow to convert a microsoft form response to a pdf which needs to be attached to the approval email in order for the approver to view what the applicant has submitted.

I have tried the following but the flow fails:

What do I put in here:

So that I can attach that pdf here:

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi,

Please look here Create PDF from Microsoft Forms via Power Automate - EnjoySharePoint

Then as you do above, use the Get File Content, from the steps in the link, to put in the Attachment, using whatever name you want.

    Cheers

    Hi Michael,

Thank you so much for that. It does work and the flow does not fail which is great. The only thing left is, do you know how I am able to rotate the pdf to show all the results from the Microsoft Form? It is only showing one of the questions which is not ideal.

Really appreciate your help, thank you.
