I am trying to log in into my sap system using power automate. I have used the feature of launch sap and given all the input but i encounter an issue "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I tried installing previous versions as well but it didn't helped me. @Saplease check this

Do you have scripting enabled?

I recommend trying to login with Run Application and see if that works:

If so then try using Attach SAP after you have logged in.

Hi @atharvaj ,

Did you enabled SAP GUI Scripting in SAP.Make sure that SAP GUI Scripting is enabled on both the client and server side. This is necessary for Power Automate Desktop to interact with SAP GUI.
If not please enable the SAP GUI Scripting option as shown in below image.

Just try the SAP record option or try Run application to launch the SAP as mentioned by @eetuRobo .

I tried using run application as well but after the process stops after logon page and does not move forward to the user id and password page. The flow runs without any error.

Then it sounds like there is something wrong with the SystemID. If it is correct I would ask help for people who administer your SAP.
For troubleshooting what if you open and login manually and then try Attach SAP -action?

Changes the parameters from Rz11 and now it is working .
