According to Microsoft's documentation you require a P2 license to create Business Process Flows. My organisation only has a small number of admins with P2 licenses. I am trying to understand how people are creating business process flows from within Power Automate without a P2 license. We have also disabled the ability for users to sign up for trial licenses.
It appears that all of these BPF's have been created in error by users trying to create Flows. These test BPF's, which exist within Power Automate, are visible to over 50K+ users within our organisation. They just have to click on Business process flows from within Power Automate, this is causing a lot of confusion with our end users.
- I would like to delete these accidentally created BPF's (removing them from view of over 50K users)
- I would like to prevent anyone from creating business process flows (for now)

Thankful for any advice.
Paul
