Hello All,
I am trying to create a flow to save attachments uploaded from a PowerApps flow into a custom SharePoint folder named after the attachment. Please find my flow below.
I am getting an error message when I try to insert a formula into my PowerApp's Submit button to complete the flow. Please see below:
What do I need to do to fix these issues? Is it something I need to do with the flow or my PowerApp? Looking for advice.

You need to provide parameters to the formula.
