Hi There. I have already created a SharePoint list which retrieves data from another list via scheduled flow. Here's where I am struggling:

Once the schedule flow is complete I would Like a automated cloud flow to assign data to a duty, with the maximum assignments limited to 5. The flow also needs to identify priority data. For example:

A350 and A380 are our priority data sets, meaning A350 trained people need to stay together. A person who is trained on aircraft type A350 Needs to be assigned to 'Trainer 6'.

I have trainer 6-14 who need to all have a maximum of 5 with A350 and A380 trained people kept together.

Note:The trainer Number column is a multiple choice selection however can be split up if needed.

I hope this makes sense as I've tried to explain it the best I can.

    @JR24  The automated cloud flow you need, on what trigger you want that flow to run, also if you could elaborate more on your criteria with sample data that would be helpful to understand what you are looking to do.

    Hi @annajhaveri. I have an automated flow into the sharepoint everyday at 11am with fresh data, so when this takes place I suppose.

    I've made sample Excel data of what would be included in the factors.

    The criteria that need to be taken into account when assigning each delegate to a trainer would be;

    - All delegates with licence "A350" stay together

    -All delegates with "licence "A380" stay together

    - Trainer Numbers start from 6 and work up to 14, with each trainer able to hold a MAXIMUM of 5 however ALL trainer numbers are able to hold any licence type.

    I hope this is enough detail 🙂
