"[

  "message""The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format.\r\nclientRequestId: 5fe3376d-1943-4fbc-ad77-43bc39062605\r\nserviceRequestId: b1ce0d90-63e8-4815-8305-1b8d48960e9c;1b3d3f10-87a0-4654-b585-47d39d3380b2;ec1006dd-fa69-4834-8fbf-07d195fa76bf;3693da75-059c-459b-90ed-ecf7a8a57fbe",

    "message""The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format."
  },
  "source""excelonline-we.azconn-we-003.p.azurewebsites.net".] AND sometimes it creates Repeated Entries into Excel from SharePoint.

    Hi,

    There are tons of details missing from your description. but I am going to tell you whats wrong, which I have to guess about, because of the details.

    1. You didn't show us a run with the error, PLEASE show the things you are asking help for

    So please show us the error, the data inputs in the error etc.

    But here are some other thoughts, just to make sure i have what its supposed to do correclty.

    A) You should have a check for 0 rows right after your Get Items

    B) You have a Filter Array, which is ok, but why not just put your Filter in the Get Items??
    You don't need this. You can simply put your Filter in the Get Items. If you already have a Filter, I can help you make it so its just 1 if you want

    C) Is your filter always for sure only going to return 0 or 1 rows?? Since it seems you are matching on an ID field, I am guessing its your unique column
    so this is good.

    Thoughts
    -- I see no reason for this to create multiple Rows. EXCEPT if the flow is being triggered multiple times.
    Can you please share the Output Run of a flow that created multiple Entries in Excel so we can debug that also.

    I think we can help you, please just share the errors and the flow details above and :-) we'll get right back to you

    @FLMike Thanks for your Reply.

    I've attached the error screenshot. Please check it and please confirm if this is what you were asking for.

    In the query field, I'm using the ID column from the list row present in the table with the following condition: ID eq '@{triggerOutputs()?['body/ID']}'.

    For point 'B,' are you suggesting that I replace the Filter Array with Get Items? I will try that and let you know how it works.

    For point 'C,' yes, my unique column is the ID column. In the Filter Array, I'm using the ID column with the condition ID equals string(triggerOutputs()?['body/ID']). This will return only 0 or 1 value.

    Regarding the second question about multiple rows in the Excel file:

    I checked the Power Automate flow for multiple rows. The first entry, as a new row, was successfully added at 4:13 PM, and the second successful new row was added at 4:15 PM. When I checked with the user, he mentioned that he finished entering data and clicked the submit button at 4:13 PM. Then, he realized he forgot to add the age, so he quickly entered it and clicked submit again. This duplication of rows might be due to the back-to-back entry of data, leading to a double entry of the same row ID in Excel. How can I resolve this issue?

    Sorry if i missed something.
