Automate Generate Email After 30 Days

Support,

I'm developing a multi-layered Automate process. The first process is as follows:

  • Staff submit New Hire information into Forms, including a Start Date dropdown
  • Form is sent for approval via Email
  • Once approved, Forms processes and outputs data into a SharePoint list

The SharePoint list will be used for historical purposes. Up to this point everything is working fine.

 

I'd like to design an Automate process that generates an email after 30 days from Start Date. 

 

Attached is a screen capture of where I am. Note: I'm using 5 Minute intervals so I can more quickly test functionality.

    Hey,

    You could do this by setting a column called NotifyDate set that column each time the item is modified to addDays(startdate,30).

     

    THen from the library click AUtomate -> Reminder -> NotifyDate and select 0.

     

    this will give you a email you can customise to your needs with the correct date query.

    Thanks for your reply, @Gristy. Could you illustrate with screenshots? I created a column in the SharePoint list called "NotifyDate".  But I don't see an option to set an action that anytime it's modified to "addDays"
