    Hello @frob ,

As I said earlier, Power Automate is a workflow tool it helps you connect to data sources and automate processes but it will not store you data unless you are doing some computation within your flow in which case you can use variables to store the data.

MS Lists do work with Power Automate as MS Lists have SharePoint as their backend; If you have an MS List created, you should see an option to create Power Automate Flows for the same

Try it out and let me know if you have any further questions.

My data is like a SharePoint List, but I cannot use the SharePoint intranet as it is for internal users only in our company.

Not sure, where to store data.

Do MS Lists work with Power Automate?

Can't Power Automate hold any data at all?

Other than SharePoint, where can I store data to have a workflow with external users?

    Thanks.

    Hello @frob ,

What kind of data are you looking to store? Power Automate is a more of a Workflow tool which will help you in automating processes, and can connect to a lot of Third Party Data Sources.

Maybe you can check out Microsoft Dataverse - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-intro

You can also use SharePoint to store your data, again depends on what kind of data you are looking to store.

Please give a Kudo if you found this helpful or Accept it as a Solution if it solved your problem.
