Approvals - Email Address to trigger approval

Is there a way to set the email address for which the Approval email is sent to the user. Currently it is using something like Microsoft Power Automate <flow-noreply@microsoft.com> to send approvals.

However, we find that users do not respond to the email as it either is perceived as spam or a general notification.

I want to link the approvals to an existing mailbox in my organization.

The short answer is no - you can't change the email address from which the emails are sent.

You could "roll your own" approval process and send the emails from a shared mailbox.
