Trigger Not working

Hello,

I have trouble shooted all of the questions and answer on this page in terms of triggers not firing.

It stated that there were connections issues which have now been fixed, however the flow is not firing after a form is submitted.

Please could I have some guidance on how this can be resolves as there are no errors, issues or any reason why the flow should not be triggering.

Flow if supposed to trigger once a form is submitted.

Can you share a screenshot of your triggers parameters and the settings. It could be that you have a trigger condition that is preventing the flow to start since those Trigger conditions are not met.

So for example this Recurrence trigger is set to trigger every day in the Parameters tab but this flow will not trigger today since that Trigger condition tells it to only trigger when day of the month is less or equal to 15. So next time this trigger would actually trigger would be next sunday (1st day of the next month) and trigger every day until the 16th.

Can you also show the Parameters of the trigger and what the actual trigger is. Like so:

One thing that comes to mind is that since your Concurrency Control is limited to 1 then maybe there already is one flow run running.

So check the run history and make sure there isn't a single flow run status "Running". For example if your flow has "Wait for approval/response" -action which is not getting a response it will wait for 30 days before timing out and you can't start a new flow before that one is done.
