Dear all,
I'm facing an issue with my custom SharePoint list form.
After changing a width to a few DataCards, the form is now failing to load, it's stuck on Starting your app... and it's showing errors visible below:
Any idea what could help to solve this? I've done nothing else than really changing the width of a DataCard.
I've tried to restore the previous version, but the error remains.
Hi @SpongYe,
I don't have any lookup columns in my list, no setup was changed in the list itself. It's driving me crazy, but the app is still not loading.
I also had a look at similar thread, but none of the workarounds are working. I guess I would have to recreate the form from scratch...

Still nothing, I've tried to remove the connection and place it and and even after a few Ctrl+F5 reloads the form still has the same errors.
Strange,
This may be a temporary problem caused by the network connection.
Please try to delete your connection and create a new connection to test it again.

This is my account with full rights over the list. Nothing has changed from the list's perspective, that's why I'm really confused on what is happening.
Hi @xsomej33
My bad for not reading it correctly.
Is the user added as a member on sharepoint list?
It could be a problem with the permissions on the list in Sharepoint.
What you can do is:
Hope this helps.

Hi @SpongYe,
Thanks for a reply, but this is SharePoint list form - so that's not related to Dataverse, correct?
Hi @xsomej33
You need to assign a securtiy role to these internal users. Microsoft Dataverse uses a role-based security model to control access to a database and its resources in an environment. Use security roles to configure access to all resources in an environment or to specific apps and data in the environment. A combination of access levels and permissions in a security role determines which apps and data users can view and how they can interact with those apps and data.
