Forward an email from a shared folder. ErrorItemNotFound

Dear,

So I get this error, ErrorItemNotFound, when running "Forward an email (V2)" trying to forward a message from a shared email.

I can access shared email via outlook, so I guess permissions are ok... that's my guess.

Message ID was obtained from trigger When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2).

Can't figure it out what is wrong...

any ideas?

This seems ok...

    "code""ErrorItemNotFound",
"message""The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.",

Thanks for your help.

Probably important, It's not a shared email but a shared folder.

    Hi @peremoral,

That sounds like a regular/personal mailbox which you got access to. A shared mailbox typically has a more generic type of e-mail like support or helpdesk and is used by a group of people:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/email/about-shared-mailboxes?view=o365-worldwide

Haven't tried it with that type of objects, might not be supported. I will test it again with a similar setup.

    Hi,

    Umm.. I'm not sure...

Actually it's a collegue mail which was delegated to me while Out of Office. So I can access his email and send emails in his name (it shows the "Pere Moral on behalf of <collegue name>").

    Is that the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi @peremoral,

    Thanks for trying that.

And just to double check, the address you are using is definitely a shared mailbox object and not a different type of object like for example a public folder?

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

I have tried both the picker and typing it.

The semicolon is automatically added if you pick the email. I can delete it, still not working.

It was worth trying, thank you.

    Hi @peremoral,

I assume the Original Mailbox Address field value is the same as the one selected in your trigger action?

Only difference which I see in my test compared to your screenshots is that the mailbox gets selected (in the Forward an email (v2) action) via a picker control.

It shows the displayname of that selected shared mailbox and also a semi colon character gets appended to the end of it after I selected the shared mailbox. Did you select the mailbox or just type it as text?

Below is a example of my test. That might help the troubleshooting?
