Sending email using Power Automate as a sender

Hi,

Can we set up sender email address with power automate or something else similar?

I hope to get email not by my email or someone's, to be Power automate or customized text.

You can create an account with any display name that you would like including "Power Automate". That means that you will be using a license. You can then use that account as the connection for any email action.

Another option is to create a shared mailbox with an appropriate name and use the Send an email from a shared mailbox action.

PowerAutomateNoreply@yourcompany.com

with no members and assign yourself the "send as" right.

hi @jeongkim

Just adding, no you can never send an email as microsoft.com that is not something you can do as its a registered domain to Microsoft.

But as the others have said, you can certainly do what you asked.

If one of their answers helped you, please mark their answer as such.

However, you should be extremely careful about using Microsoft trademarks names in anything.

An additional note about Shared Mailboxes:

Shared mailboxes do not require a license.

To access a shared mailbox, the user must have an Exchange Online license.

However, if the size of the shared mailbox exceeds 50GB, then the shared mailbox need to be licensed.
