Prepopulate textbox with information alternative Sharepoint List?

Hello everybody,

I've currently got two lists:

The issue tracker is the main list where I've got my app build-on. Now I want to prepopulate the app when someone chooses a certain Project the Assigned user(s) will automatically be filled in (can be multiple).

I've linked the Project with lookup, so if I add a project to Project Details, I can choose this in the Issue Tracker list.

I need it this way so members can easily add stakeholders to a project. 

Is this possible?

    Can you tell me what values are automatically populated into the "assign to" column? Or what conditions do these values need to meet?

    Hello @v-mengmli-msft 

     

    Assigned column are users, which are filled in the Project Details list. So I wanted to auto populate the (predefined) Assigned users when I select a certain project.
