Save fails but flow doesn’t

ive got a flow which saves a file in another users onedrive folder that has been shared. The flow completes successfully but for one user the file fails to appear in the folder.
There is no error in the run history and the file path in the completed flow is correct, there is just no file there. Why could that be?

I’ll pop a screenshot on shorty - though first I’m going to check the other users machine, as I’m wondering if it’s dropping the file in their onedrive instead of the one the flow is connected to?

I never got chance to check the other users machine, but utilised a different flow to reliably get the same result.
