Create HTML Table displayed as HTML tags in Approval Task Email

Hello, I am constructing a table using Create HTML component and using the output of this in Send Email and Approval Task emails.

 

Here, Output of Create HTML displays the table in email sent using Send Email but HTML tags only displayed in the received approval task email.

 

I'm using output of Create HTML in the Details field of 'Start and wait Approval' component.

 

Is there a way to format/display this HTML tags into table as want to display...

    I believe it is currently not possible to do this instead you can use the below action 

    Send Email with Options
