Populate a SharePoint List#3 from Lists #1 and 2

Hello, this is a simplified version of my problem:

I have a SharePoint list #1 with a list of countries and list #2 with some master data (e.g. territory, population, GDP etc.). In my list #3 i have two columns, which should be automatically populated from lists 1 and 2:

COUNTRY - MASTER DATA

(line of text) - (line of text)

Afganistan - Territory

Afganistan - Population

Afganistan - GDP

Belgium - Territory

Belgium - Population

Belgium - GDP

etc.

How can PowerAutomate help me?

Hi Christian, I want to build a flow, which creates items in list 3 on the basis of data in lists 1 and 2. I realise that there is no automated way, but a flow should be able to do the job... Thank you.
