Hi @RaviPatel0007 , When you say emails action, I assume you are talking about Office 365 Outlook connector and its associated actions like Send Email. If yes, then use service account. Example: servaccount@domain.com , then also create one shared mailbox in exchange online example: sharedmailbox@domain.com and give the service account servaccount@domain.com a full access with Send As and Send on behalf permission on the shared mailbox.
Now, while configuring the Send Email action , you can configure the action with service account connection but in From (Send as) as shown in below screenshot you can use shared mailbox

With this email will be sent from shared mail box to users.
