Hi,

Please help me to create a powerautomate flow for the following

Deadline Followup- via email

Data Source is Excel Sheet

Fields are Observation/ Progress/ Related/Ageing/  Deadline/ Remarks / Status

Only  for the status Open tasks

1st Email Reminder : 2months Prior to deadline(Only once within this time period)

2nd Email Reminder: 1month Prior to deadline(Only once within this time period)

3rd Email Reminder: 20 Days prior to deadline(Only once within this time period)

4th Email reminder – 15 days prior to deadline (Only once within this time period)

5th Email reminder – 7 days prior to deadine ( only once within this time period)

 

Emails to include all the tasks which are pending for the reminder periods

If requests for extension same deadlines to be followed again

    Hi @sai2023 ,

     

    You need to schedule a flow to run everyday, filter all tasks in the table and get an array of all open tasks, then get different tasks according the deadline compared with today's date. So, ultimately you will use five Filter array operation to get five arrays respective to five date difference of today and deadline. For example, 1st array should include tasks that deadline is 2 months later: 

    @equals(item()?['Deadline'],addToTime(utcNow(),2,'Month','yyyy-MM-dd'))
