Currently I have an approval transaction process that requires six emails being manually replied/forwarded in Outlook. I'd like to find a more robust method where the emails would self forward once each signatory has checked/signed his box. Is there a good tool in Outlook for this application?
My vision is that I would modify my Purchase-Request Template to include my Signatory List. And, once my signators checks/signs his box, the email is automatically forwarded to the next approval-level.
Is this something that can be done with Power Automate?
