Forms Pro connectors showing 'No Items' for survey drop down.

Hi Folks,

Building a Flow using the Forms Pro connector, and when I go to select the Survey, its showing me No Items.

Triage Steps:

1.  Confirmed Surveys exist in the same environment as the Flow is being built in. The same user built the Surveys.

2. The user in D365 Environemnt has the Survey Owner and Survey Services Adminstrator Security roles assigned to them.

3. The user can login to Forms Pro and view, modify and create Surveys.

What am I missing?

    Hi @toddjmercer,

Could you confirm the connection of Form Pro connector?

If it is invalid with a warning sign, you need to create a new connection for it.

    Hi,

I had the same issue today and giving the user "Office 365 Business Essentials" licence solved it for me. Hope this helps. 🙂

    Hi,

I also had the same issue.  After switching to FORMS PRO using the Profile option, I created surveys in the FORMS PRO (same URL).

    Note:

    1. In the default FORMS login page, you will not be seeing option to see or show the Dynamics Instance

    2. Only in the FORMS PRO, you will have the option to develop surveys under specific instances.
