Hey all,

I've created this new flow but the approvals do not work. I set the flow to first send an approval to the person in the required "From" column after the document is created. After that, if approved, the flow is supposed to direct the document to the person in the "To" field for final approval. After that last approval a copy of the document is supposed to go to someone in finance.

Do you guys know why this isn't working?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Anonymous,

What is the type of "From" and "To" column in your sharepoint list?

If the type of "From" and "To" column is Person type, please make sure you have choose the "From" email dynamic  content of the trigger in the "Compose" action, and refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

The flow would run successfully as below:

    Best regards,

    Hey Alice,

The type of the "To" and "From" column is Person or Group.

The first screenshot you have there matches what I have set up now,

Your second screenshot I almost understand. It looks like you're having a sender and reciever email address right? In that screenshot, aren't the email addresses used static? My goal here is for anyone in the company (us IT guys for example) to create an asset transfer form, manually enter the boss in each department's emails when uploading to the list, then have the flow go to whoever that is.

Thanks for the help on this one!
