Hi everyone,
I am trying to create an automate that will create a SharePoint list item when an email is received in a folder/inbox. I have done this before.
This time I am trying to use a teams/365 group email address as a connection so I can use that inbox. however I get the error;
This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin.
Is it possible to use this kind of address or does it need to be some sort of e1/e3 license to use mailbox flow feature?
@Yems This is how I got my teams channel email and when I use send email action, it works fine
I did not do anything different, it just worked fine without any settings. Hope you are also doing the same, try this out.
