Send a document locked for edit and comment tracking for review

Hello There!

 

We have a process where we would like to send a document (in this case a word document) to multiple people for editing, comments, and eventually approval.  Is there a way to do this and force track changes through the process?

    Hi @rmoret ,

     

    Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

     

    A file could only be edited by one person at a single time, and the file couldn't be opened by another user when a user or flow would open the file.

     

    Maybe you could explain more details about your reuqirement so we could better understand your requirement and try to provide a proper workaround for you.
