Adaptive card to request a user to click a simple Yes/No button in an Outlook email message

Hello,

 

I'm new to adaptive cards, so apologies if my question is too basic..

 

I'm trying to create an adaptive card to request a user to click a simple Yes/No button in an Outlook email message. 

 

In addition, I'd like the user to enter a simple text, if the answer is No.

 

Is this possible to do with adaptive cards? And integrate with Power Automate?
