Create file node is very slowly

I have a SharePoint list that has items patched using the power app and attachments on items. After patching the item, I want to move the attachment of the item to the library. So I used power automate to get attachment content and create file to SharePoint library but the node create file very slowly in my file (file pdf has a size of 62.3MB and takes 20 over 15 minutes to process). How can I speed up this node?

Creating a file takes 20 seconds... Is it always the same behavior? or is it sometimes that it takes time.
