Error in flow, Array variable

Quite new to Automate, and have followed a video to setup a folder and a subfolder structure, all works fine until the below (see image), I get this error when I test

The variable 'varFolders' of type 'Array' cannot be initialized or updated with value of type 'String'. The variable 'varFolders' only supports values of types 'Array'.

Any ideas whats wrong?

Thanks for the reply, still getting the error, this is the code I'm using....
