Create SharePoint item from a Form submission

Dear Community, 
 
I would like to get how to resolve an issue about create item action, where I need to match every list field with the related Form data, but for a list field of type number I can only match it with Response ID, instead of the value of the field from the FORM. 
 
Can anyone give me advises about the mistake !!

    It's better if you can add more details to your issue, by adding some screenshots, as currently I'm able to see what picture you are attached.
