Halo everyone. I'm newbie here.
How to build canvas app with two or more people.
ex : I want to build a "Leave Request App with 3 screens needed. So, I build the first screen, My two other friends build the rest".

You can share the app with the other 2 and make them co-owners on the app.
NOTE: Only one person can edit an app at a time - so you can't all work on it at the same time.

As mentioned, only one person can work in the editor for the app at the same time. There is no way around this.
