REST API not supported

Hi, I received the following error message while trying to create my first flow. I'm using office 365 outlook. The system states that there is a invalid connection with

Error message: Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. clientRequestId:xxxxxxxxxx

I'm creating a custome flow trying to connect office 365 outlook, excel and sharepoint together. As for the business plan, I'm using Office 365 Enterprise E3 and SharePoint Online(Plan 2).

Does anybody know the reason? I understand that Essential Plan does not support mailbox license but is it the same for Enterprise E3?

    Hi @Anonymous,

    Please check the following thread:

REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox

    Hi Pavan,

This happens for mailboxes that have not been migrated to O365. Your mailbox is likely still on a dedicated exchange server. You'll need to request your Outlook administrator migrate your mailbox.

Documenation on how this can be done by an administrator can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2798131/how-to-migrate-mailbox-data-by-using-the-exchange-a...

@v-monli-msft Hi, I already read the article before and check with my IT department. The company is using own server but I'm using office 365. Why am I still receiving this error?
