If you are using Cloud Flow and your files are on your drive, you can start with an instant Cloud Flow and choose to manually trigger a flow. After that, you will be able to use AI Builder to extract the IP address from the file. If you only want to extract the IP address, you have to customize the model from AI Hub, and then you should be able to extract it.

I had been working on it from the stage before extracting IP addresses from pdfs.
I created a flow that extracts the target string when receiving mail and pastes it into the text,
After that, I am considering the flow of 1,
I have not yet reached the point where I can confirm the question 3.
I am sorry, but I think I should check 3. first.

1. paste text url into web browser
↓ ...
2. open the pdf file
↓ 3.
3. extract IP address from pdf file
↓ ↓
Stick it to Excel
↓ ↓ 5.
5. Determine if the IP address is a target, and if not, terminate the process.
OR
5. If the IP address is the target, continue the process.
↓ ↓
6. If the same content is not found in the corresponding Excel sheet, paste the content at the end of the sheet.
OR

6. If there is the same content, terminate the process.
