Hi,

Is it possible to build flow:

 

when sharepoint list rows =>500 rows,

1. Save the data in excel format at other folder

2. Then, clean/delete all the data in sharepoint list.

    1. Use a SharePoint Get items action
      1. Be use to go to the action settings and set pagination to on and a threshold of 500 or higher
    2. Loop through the items returned
      1. Use the Excel Online Add a row to a table action
      2. Delete the existing item using Delete item
