Get File Content Was Working and Now Suddenly Does Not

Hello All,
 
I've created a flow with a function to attach file in SharePoint Form into SharePoint List and it has been working well for the past months.
 
I've received an error in the flow a couple days back stating "Action 'Get_file_content' failed".
 
I'm not sure if it has something to do with the azure service suddenly blocked? I've pasted the comparison between the output when the action 'Get_file_content' worked (left side) vs when it does not work (right side).
 
Anyone can help advise how do I fix this error?

    Just managed to work-around the issue by using "Get File Content using Path (SharePoint)" instead of OneDrive's "Get File Content".
