You can't write DAX in a Power Automate expression. Here's my recommendation: write you CALCULATE() statement in DAX in your Power BI dataset and then just refer to the column/value here in Power Automate. At a minimum, I would also ask this question in the Power BI community - you will get more participation there since this is a DAX question.
