Custom connertors for ERP??

It is possible to create custom connectors in Flow to ERP's...for example, quickbooks, Oracle, or even SMALL or OLD ERP's?

Can it be done if the ERP is not in the cloud?

And if yes, can I create actions like "post to ledger" or "create record" or "Create invoice" etc etc
