Power Automate flow is successful but attachment is not create in SharePoint

Hi i have a simple flow to create attachment from outlook email. There are 2 flow from the same inbox folder , one is working fine and 1 more is not working as expected. I noticed that another attachment is taking longer time run the security scan before the attachment available in outlook. Flow is only run while the security scan is running. it should re-run once the attachment is available. What i should do the resolve this issue?

    Add a delay action of 2 minutes after your trigger and see if that helps!

    @SudeepGhatakNZ i have added the delay earlier but still the flow showing success but the attachment is not updated.
